Description
English: Ramos morphology and RTX localization. Reversible changes in morphology coincide with the enrichment of RTX-Al488 (green) at the cell-substrate interface. Opposite the uropod, extensive membrane projections are observed. Scale bar 10 µm. Images acquired every 30s, played at 15fps (450× RT). Total time: 30 min.
