Description
English: Localization of CD11cYFP cells and OT1GFP cells to the sub-capsular region. 3D projections of 150 µm z stacks from uninfected and PruOVA infected mice showing the localization of CD11cYFP DCs and OT1GFP cells to the sub-capsular region during infection (day 3 post infection). The capsule can be identified based on the second harmonic signals generated and is represented in blue.
