关于立即执行停市的紧急通知 全市商贸流通部门和企业： 目前，我市防台风Ⅰ级应急响应正在生效，市“三防”总指挥部已发布“全民动员令”，宣布在全市范围内实行“三停”，即：停工（业）、停产、停课。 期间，全市各商贸流通企业积极抢筹货源，及时启动应急预案，为台风到来前的市场供应发挥了重要作用。鉴于台风逼近，为防止市民外出购物和消费发生安全事故，现紧急通知并明确：在我市防台风Ⅰ级应急响应期间，全市各商务部门、商贸企业必须按照“三停”要求，立即执行停市，请全市商业企业、餐厅、门市、档口等立即停止营业，确保市民群众的生命安全。 广州市防汛防旱防风总指挥部 2018年9月16日 |
