Switch off announcements?

How can I switch off the announcements of this and other campaigns so that they do not appear on top of every commons page that I want to view or edit? Nothing against the aims of the campaign, it is a good idea indeed, but these announcements slow down the loading of the pages significantly.
PS: Forgot to mention that it seems to be a question of third-party cookies. I cannot always enable them and am therefore looking for another solution. --Schlosser67 (talk) 06:56, 17 June 2020 (UTC)

WLE-IN-KL-Vazhachal

Hi.I am thinking of running a wle campaign for a small protected area; (Vazhachal Forest), a IBA of Western Ghats, Kerala, India. The area covers famous Athirappilly Falls & Vazhachal Falls. I am trying to connect Local Environment/ Photography Groups and Wikimedia User Groups for this purpose. I have no plan to make this as a state wide event or National level this time because of insufficient personal time and bandwidth. Is it possible to make a voluntary campaign for this ?
