Proposed change of cross-wiki upload edit summaries (second attempt)

A few weeks ago, I proposed changing the upload comment used for cross-wiki uploads because it keeps confusing people. There seems to be a consensus for the change and no outstanding objections to my proposed new wording, but there are some abuse filters that will need to be updated to match any change. Please could any abuse filter that currently matches "Cross-wiki upload from" be changed to also match "Uploaded own work while editing"? Once the wiki configuration is updated, the older string can be removed. Ideally, abuse filters use the cross-wiki-upload tag rather than the human-targetted edit summary, but I don't think abuse filters can currently see tags.

Of the public filters, I've found the following that are affected:

• Special:AbuseFilter/153 "Cross-wiki upload from" in summary → ("Cross-wiki upload from" in summary | "Uploaded own work while editing" in summary)
• Special:AbuseFilter/156 summary irlike "(Cross-wiki upload from|logo|cropped)" → summary irlike "(Cross-wiki upload from|Uploaded own work while editing|logo|cropped)"

There may be some that I've missed, or some private ones that I can't see.

I've requested this here before, but I withdrew the request after De728631 objected to the underlying proposal. De728631's objection has now been resolved and so I'm renewing this request.

Comments: The image is visually almost identical to the other example images so it gets blocked thinking I'm uploading another persons work as my own. The images have the ability to be shared alike under the same license. Edit kind: I was just trying to upload a new image to the "Physical characteristics" section of the page and i keep getting a error saying "An automated filter has identified this edit as potentially unconstructive, and it has been disallowed. If this edit is constructive" no matter what edits i do to the description of the attachment. The image is just an artistic render of TrES-2b i rendered using Celestia, a free space simulator, i even stated where i rendered it in the description.

Such uploads of png images are not allowed at all. You indicated it's your own work. Usually when someone uploads a png image, it's a copyright violation taken from the web. Please upload the full-size original of it per COM:HR, including any metadata, but it may be judged too complex to be under TOO in the country of origin as-is, so you may need to license it on your official website or social media or send permission via VRT. Also, any png image will look fuzzy when scaled down (due to design decisions discussed in phab:T192744) or jaggy when scaled up, so you may want to upload an svg or jpg version, too. If you can't get a compliant license, the image may still be uploaded to English Wikipedia in compliance with en:WP:F because we don't allow Fair Use here.
