Commons:Wiki Loves Folklore 2024 in Ethiopia
Wiki Loves Folklore in Ethiopia is a part of the (Meta-Wiki: Wiki Loves Folklore) that is organized annually at Wikimedia Commons to document folk cultures in Ethiopia. This project in Ethiopia started in 2023 by creating awareness amongst the Ethiopian contributors who had been contributing to this project since 2020.
This photography contest is focused on folk culture of Ethiopia on categories, such as, but not limited to, folk festivals, folk dances, folk music, folk activities, folk games, folk cuisine, folk wear, folklore, and tradition, including ballads, folktales, fairy tales, legends, traditional song and dance, folk plays, games, seasonal events, calendar customs, folk arts, folk religion, mythology etc. You can check out some other suggestions and examples on Category page.

- Out of Commons Project scope.
- Which lack EXIF information.
- that are excessive processed and digitally altered.
- Pornographic and explicit images.
- Artwork due to copyright issues, etc.
