Special Collection Prize: Best collections of images showing the impact of climate change was awarded to a collection of 13 videos from Cote d'Ivoire organized and submitted by the brand new Wiki Loves Africa Côte d'Ivoire community led by Bouba Kam's. The jurors and the international organizng team were convinced that the collection of videos represent a beautiful collaborative effort at telling stories that portray the impact of climate change on the continent. The above video tells the story about how this collection was born.

国際賞は以下のとおり：
写真：
- 1位：US$2000
- 2位：US$1500
- 3位：US$1000
メディア（動画、録音、グラフィック、写真、エッセー）：
- 最優秀録音賞：US$ 750
- 最優秀動画賞：US$ 1,000
- アフリカの環境動画賞：気候変動の影響 を表現し最も優れた動画：US$ 2,000
- アフリカの環境特別コレクション賞：気候変動の影響 を表現し最も優れた画像集：US$ 500
写真コンテストの応募作品は、第1審査を「ウィキはアフリカが好き」のボランティアのチームが担当し、次に写真の専門家11名が構成する審査員団の審査を受けます。国際審査員はプロの写真家とウィキメディアのコモンズ利用者で構成し、国際的な受賞者上位3名を選びます。
最優秀動画賞、特別コレクション賞はアフリカ各地から集まったメディア専門家5名が構成する動画審査委員会が選出しました。
最優秀録音賞の審査は聴取後、国際的な運営チームが担当します。（the Best Audio）
