Review (criteria)	Comment looks tasty, but I don't think a single dish can be used to describe the whole cuisine of a province (the scope is too broad, imho). Does the dish have a name? But I think that while this nominee looks quite nice from an aesthetic point of view, this one seems to illustrate the subject better. --El Grafo (talk) 11:21, 21 October 2015 (UTC) The other one does not have the guilin chili paste (not mandatory but one of the city's so-called "three treasures") with it, so no, its a better close-up but does probably not illustrate "Guilin-ness" as much IMH (and biased) opinion.
