Rationale
[edit]- Reason: These users are all connected to the cross-wiki case that pushes the Wikipedia biographies for Igor Janev and Ratko Janev, see the previous CU requests: 1, and 2. Rumensz uploaded File:IGOR SLIKA1.JPG which was uploaded first by Operahome as File:Igor Janev 2001-2003.png and File:RatkoJanev1.jpg which was uploaded first by Gaga0000 as File:RatkoJanev.JPG (see also the revision history of Датотека:Ratkojanev.jpg). The recent CU case made it evident that this zoo is also busy in promoting en:Todor Petrov whose portrait was uploaded as File:Todor Petrov.jpg by Wingsk. When I filed it for deletion today, the account CIA.US.Government was created to troll at the DR and at my talk page. The style of dot-separated government-style-usernames was already present in the previous cases with the usernames User:Republika.Makedonija and at the related case at de-wp (User:NS.PRES.RM, User:PEN.CENTRE.Macedonia, User:Ambassador.MFA.RM etc.) The next account trolling in a similar manner was User:Hitman kills. User:178.222.66.171 created the related category Category:Igor Janev and comes from an IP range that is similar to previous IPs used in this case. Likewise User:178.222.110.80 who attempted to remove maintenance tags from related files. --AFBorchert (talk) 19:04, 17 October 2013 (UTC)
- User:91.150.107.161 added who was also busy removing tags. --AFBorchert (talk) 20:01, 17 October 2013 (UTC)
- @user World Macedonian Congress: see Commons:Requests for checkuser/Case/Todor Petrov --Steinsplitter (talk) 19:09, 17 October 2013 (UTC)
- Indeed, refered to as previous case number 2 above. --AFBorchert (talk) 20:01, 17 October 2013 (UTC)

Results
[edit]I'll do this one, since I did the related User:Todor Petrov -- see below. I probably won't get to it until tomorrow, Saturday, though. . Jim . . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 23:01, 18 October 2013 (UTC)
There is nothing available to me that suggests that these two are related to any of the accounts mentioned below or to each other:
Operahome is stale and had been blocked indef. Because he is stale, I do not have any information to link him to to others.
- User:Operahome – stale – blocked indef in June
The following are Likely related to each other and to the Todor Petrov group analyzed below. All are blocked indef.
The following IPs are, among others, Likely related to the accounts above
I discovered this account while working on those above. It is Likely related to the others, but has not yet been used on Commons.
