Rationale

• Reason: User:GabrielVelasquez wanted his uploaded files to get deleted speedily. As his speedy-deletion-requests were transformed in ordinary deletion requests in order to discuss the deletion, User:GabrielVelasquez attracted attention with his rude behaviour and his aggressive way of argumentation (User:GabrielVelasquez was blocked for his behaviour). During the discussion, User:Lulu989 appeared and supported User:GabrielVelasquez in his "discussion". User:Lulu989 is suspected to be a sockpuppet of User:GabrielVelasquez.
