Rationale, discussion and results

[edit]

Reason: Upload photos related to Category:Solar eclipse of 2019 December 26, and they like to upload photos follow a title pattern of "File:Inbound<a group of number>.jpg". Note that the main account has been stale for five years, and made the first upload today. In the mean time, two of these accounts (Jijipulikottil1976, and Vilasinik) just created today. @A1Cafel: Which kind of abuse did happen in this case? --Krd 14:54, 28 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
They may be contribute to the same page with multiple accounts. Editors cannot use more than one account to contribute to the same page in a way that suggests they are multiple people. --A1Cafel (talk) 16:52, 28 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
There is a difference between merely "suggest[ing] they are multiple people" (i.e., a mere perception) and actually using that suggestion to distort consensus or otherwise disrupt through subterfuge. Per COM:RFCU: "When you request a check, you must include a rationale that demonstrates (e.g., by including diffs) what the disruption to the project is" (underline in original). This request has not done this. What is the disruption? Эlcobbola talk 17:07, 28 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
