Rationale, discussion and results

Reason: Both accounts uploaded the same image of Julian Bashore, claimed as own work, while the EXIF data of one of them credits the owner as Julian Bashore. Also several copyvios or no permission, and a final warning. Yann (talk) 20:16, 27 June 2017 (UTC)
