Reason: Transferred original Commons:AN/BP request to here.

The suspected master is known to run a sockpuppet network on both Chinese Wikipedia and English Wikipedia. This is also the master account listed on both wikis and has been indefinitely blocked at both places, while currently serving a 3-month block here on Commons. However, there are CheckUser and behavioral evidences in both wikis that show the link between this account and others.

Here, these suspected related users are constantly uploading or editing photos of Joseph Shen, even when the master is currently serving a block.

The relation of those groupings to each other and to the others is Inconclusive to Likely as a technical matter, but given the behavioural evidence and actions from other projects,  It looks like a duck to me. Эlcobbola talk 21:02, 10 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
