Coyau is an administrator at the French speaking Wikipedia community. He has over one year with experience (see his RfA on fr.wp). As with my recent candidates, he is not new to the tools. The delete button would help him to delete images with incorrect license, copyvio, etc while he is working in Category:Media needing category review in use at fr.wikipedia. Deleted contributions will let him investigate media files further, to the benefit of our project. As in finding copyright violations, or clarify a matter for that case. The category (the one mentioned above) is in need of help from French sysops, espescially with copyright knowledge. Coyau is experienced with freedom of panorama. Same with deletion requests, as you can see by his contributions. When he gives out his opinion in a DR, it's with a well thought argument or comment.
He has a total edit count of 3744 (see deleted contribs). Registered since 28 January 2006 on Commons, while being active here. He has helped us for almost 3 years. A lenghty good record we have here. He can write/speak French in mother tongue, while his English is basic. Coyau has a helpful civil attitude, that makes you want to contribute to this media repository. I am delighted to be his nominator, and I hope you enjoyed the nomination.
