The reason for deletion is: copyright violation.

The uploader, Pitpisit (talk · contribs), claims that the Thai govt has permitted the photos on its website to be uploaded on Commons, citing this letter issued by the govt.

But nothing in the said letter says so. The letter merely says that:

1. Pitpisit requested permission to use photos from the govt website on "Wikipedia" (not "Wikimedia");
2. the govt has acknowledged the request and will inform Pitpisit of the consideration result in person.

This issue seems to have been discussed on Pitpisit Talk page by several users, including @Iudexvivorum and Paul 012: , and it appears to be Pitpisit's own misunderstanding that the govt has allowed its photos to be used on Wikipedia/Wikimedia.

Moreover, the media that can be uploaded on Commons must be freely licensed, not just capable of being used on a particular website (in this case, Wikipedia/Wikimedia).

For these reasons, the files above are in violation of copyright and need to be deleted. --หมวดซาโต้ (talk) 11:50, 13 December 2016 (UTC)
