13 years old copy of Commons:Administrators which still is untranslated and transcludes an old redirect of 2009 and links to the 2006 moved and deleted Template:Administrators/Requests and votes. It is not possible for me to fix the links like on other pages because of an abuse filter, but the page is obsolete and just a 13 years old copy anyway and the user inactive since 2008. Because of the redirect transclusion, the page still transcludes Commons:License_review/requests and also Commons:Bots/Requests which I now have fixed on a lot of other pages and which is irritating in the link lists. I must add that I do not understand this abuse filter. Fixing these old links, has been prevented because of the error message “The Abuse filter avoids editing other users' personal pages”, but the DR and fixing a link in it both were possible. I have now succeeded in fixing those old links there and removed all the old interwikis which don't belong on user pages anyway. The page text, transcludings and linklists are ok again now, so it's up to the closing admin, if this longtime abandonned obsolete page copy may be deleted or not. It still is of no use for anyone, and no one cares about this page copy anymore, this is now the only delete reason. I think there has been enough irritation and cleaning-up for a useless longyear abandonned page copy until now. --2A02:908:D83:E460:216:CBFF:FEAD:FF9 17:12, 5 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

PS: Meanwhile, I've found Special:AbuseFilter/53, and after reading the notes there I now understand, why I could fix those links with a DR template, but not without it before. Perhaps, it should also be allowed to remove those old and wrong interwikis without a DR template on a user page or edit them with comment tags or otherwise.
