These are Brazilian coats of arms; Commons:Coats of arms indicates that 'official' Brazilian coats of arms are public domain, but I think this only applies to bodies such as municipalities and it is unclear whether it would apply to all realisations of a coat of arms. • Charles Matthews has responded on their user talk page. They do not oppose deletion of File:Escutcheon of Starkey of Norwood Park.svg, but they ask for a delay to the deltion of File:Escutcheon of the Chamberlain baronets of London (1828).svg, while the problematic component is replaced. I do not object to a short delay for this file. Verbcatcher (talk) 18:33, 27 September 2022 (UTC)
