In short: these pages are no longer needed.

In full: these pages were being used by the ProveIt gadget to get the localized messages of its interface. But they had to be created and updated manually so they always were a temporary solution. Now the gadget is able to get the localized messages from elsewhere, so these pages are no longer needed. Felipe (talk) 18:30, 27 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
