Photos from ITTF

As already determined in Commons:Deletion requests/Template:ITTF, photos from ITTF are not under a sufficiently free license to host on Commons. This is a mass nomination of what I believe to be all such photos currently hosted on Commons. Some were uploaded before the previous mass deletion (and were probably missed simply because they did not use the same template), and some were uploaded after the previous mass deletion (ignoring the previous conclusions).

Here are the previous discussions I've found on the topic:

• Commons:Deletion requests/Template:ITTF – main deletion discussion from 2008–2009
• File talk:Jan-Ove Waldner Olympia-2004.jpg – e-mail statement from 2008 posted on a file talk page (instead of using OTRS) while the deletion discussion was still ongoing. Worded in a way that is not sufficient by OTRS and Commons:Licensing standards.
• Commons:Deletion requests/File:MonteiroEmirates.jpg – a deletion discussion from 2011 concerning a single ITTF image. The discussion did not result in deletion, but it ignores previous discussions on the same topic and therefore misses the point that while the ITTF statement only mentions one requirement, it does not mention commercial uses or modifications.
• Commons:OTRS/Noticeboard/Archive 19#File:HU Melek.jpg and others, .232012011410007906 – discussion of an ITTF-related OTRS ticket from 2012, concluding that the confirmation did not follow proper OTRS procedures, as the "confirmed permission" was based solely on the uploader's own arguments rather than on any actual correspondence with ITTF
• Commons:Service d'aide#Aide concernant File:Tristan Flore.jpg – discussion in French from 2012

To sum up, what we have are a few vague statements using different words to say that "You are free to use photos in this section with one condition that you state the photos are 'by courtesy of the ITTF'", which is not sufficient. As shown by, for example, Commons:Deletion requests/Template:Members of the Riksdag, we cannot assume that "free to use" means that they're intended as anything other than fair use press photos.

What we don't have is a proper declaration sent to OTRS asserting that the photos are free to use for any purpose, including commercial purposes, that anyone is free to modify them and redistribute the modified versions, that the agreement between ITTF and the photographers authorize ITTF to issue such a permission, and that the correspondent is authorized to speak on behalf of ITTF on copyright matters. ITTF has been contacted on multiple occasions, but they've obviously been unwilling or unable to provide such a declaration.

• Additionally, User:Sciss/Template:ITTF, a userspace template created in 2007, citing an e-mail from 2005 should probably be deleted as well to avoid misleading others.
