Maximum card (Kartmaximum)

[edit]

Maximum card: stamps are free from copyright, postcards copyrighted. Photos or artwork made after 1944. --Andrey Korzun (talk) 16:10, 21 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Keep Licensing: {{PD-RU-exempt}}/{{PD-AZ-exempt}}. Public domain Since, according to intergovernmental and international treaties, Russian Federation is a legal successor to the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the tag PD-RU-exempt also applies to images of postage stamps, stamped covers and stamped post cards (postal stationery) of the RSFSR and USSR. --►Cekli829 19:57, 22 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Licensing wrong. Maximum card is not postal stationery. Also, do not confuse postcards and postal cards. Postal card - pre-printed stamp typographically, it is not protected by copyright. Postcard - stamp glued; postcard with artwork or photo is copyrighted. --Andrey Korzun (talk) 22:21, 22 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
