The images had been originally uploaded on it.wp and released under cc-by-nc-nd and were eventually deleted as not compliant with the EDP. In the meantime they were copied by someone else on en.wp and licensed wrongly as cc-by-2.5 - finally they were transwikied on commons. The author has just contacted me on it.wp (it:Discussioni utente:Cruccone#Licenze errate saying that he has never authorised the license change and therefore asking for the images to be deleted. I can confirm that the images were never licensed as cc-by-2.5 on it.wp, but I have no access to the history on en.wp. Cruccone (talk) 20:50, 5 September 2009 (UTC)
