All of these file can be found in Category:Tejn and are the work of the artist en:Tejn (artist). They all are photos of publically installed/displayed works of art except for the first two files listed which show works being displayed in a gallery or museum. The copyright status of these files (specifically File:Tejn noviolence.JPG) was discussed at Commons:Village pump/Copyright/Archive/2017/10#File:Tejn noviolence.JPG and per that discussion I am seeking further clarification here. All of these photos (except for "File:TEJN Chopper.JPG") were uploaded as "own work" by Ou812 and while I believe that Ou812 most likely took the actual photos, the copyright status of the works be depicted is not clear.
According to COM:FOP#Denmark, there is no unequivical freedom of panorama granted for publically displayed works of art. The Danish law cited on that page is Article 24(3) of the Danish copyright law which states "The provision of the first sentence shall not apply if the work of art is the chief motif and its reproduction is used for commercial purposes", which seems to mean that the work of art itself cannot be the primary focus of any photograph taken of it. Commons licensing allows for commercial reproductions, so its not clear whether any of these photos can be kept because they are obviously (at least in my opinion) the primary focus of the photos as well as the reasons why the photos were taken and subsequently uploaded.
There are some other files in the same category which I have not listed above. File:Tejn resistance.jpg, File:Tejn iron sculpture.jpg and File:Tejn abstract.jpg were uploaded by I812 and are tagged with {{OTRS permission}}. These were also discussed at Commons:Deletion requests/Files uploaded by I812. I guess it's possible that I812 and O812 are the same person, so perhaps it is possible to obtain OTRS permission for some of the other files as well.
I think the copyright status of these sculptures needs to be clarified and clearly shown to not be a issue per COM:L; otherwise, I think these probably all need to be deleted per COM:PCP. --Marchjuly (talk) 01:12, 15 November 2017 (UTC)
