Delete File:The Bug (horse).jpg: the horse was not raced until the 1945 season, and so the photograph is almost certainly not from before 1945 as the license template requires. No opinion on the others. --Carnildo (talk) 02:38, 4 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

File:Lemberg Derby winner.jpg. Lemberg died in 1928, and as the picture shows him in training it can't have been taken later than 1911. That's 104 years ago.Tigerboy1966 (talk) 19:49, 4 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Delete Problem 1: The uploader claims that the authors are anonymous, but the uploader hasn't provided any evidence of this. Without evidence that the authors are anonymous, it has to be assumed that the authors aren't anonymous, and their death years are unknown. Problem 2: The files are missing a valid United States copyright tag. Unless it can be shown that the files are in the public domain in the United States or freely licensed there, the files will have to be deleted per COM:L#Interaction of US and non-US copyright law. --Stefan4 (talk) 13:24, 21 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted, per Stefan. I am not convinced, that cigarette manufacturer owns copyright to Myrabella image. If somebody can show, that some photos were published anonymously, then those photos can be restored. Taivo (talk) 11:51, 3 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
