Outside of project scope - fake election maps. Not for any real-world election or a notable work of fiction. Commons is not free webhosting.

This user has been engaged in creating articles about fictional/alt-history elections in their userspace for a long time on enwiki. To the best of my knowledge (I did not check all ~450 images, but I spot-checked a handful) these images are all related to that "project" and aren't used anywhere else. Since these are somewhere between fictional and disinformation (there's nothing in these images which indicates to an outside observer that they're someone's alternate history game), these are well out of scope and should be deleted (your choice of reasons - COM:NOTHOST, out of scope, etc.).
