- Comment Containment Breach has compatible licensing: Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike and open source[1] However, files will need clear info denoting such. Arlo James Barnes 15:11, 2 March 2022 (UTC)
- Keep Evidence for the free licensing of these games can be found at the official websites of these two games (https://www.scpcbgame.com/ and https://scpslgame.com/), both which mention a CC-BY-SA-3.0 license at the bottom of the site. 2001:14BB:630:E22F:C9ED:7D92:4BEA:7B93 05:21, 3 March 2022 (UTC)
- One of the pictures (File:SCP CB First encounter of SCP-173.png), includes SCP-173. The design of SCP-173 in the game is based on Untitled 2004, which is copyrighted and isn't released under CC-BY-SA-3.0. OrnateAccount (talk) 10:28, 5 March 2022 (UTC)

- Actually, I'm not sure if File:SCP CB First encounter of SCP-173.png counts as de minimis. COM:DM reads: "A useful test may be to ask whether the photograph would be as good or as useful if the poster were to be masked out. If no, then it is difficult to argue that the poster is actually de minimis, even if the poster is small and is "in the background"." Even though the copyrighted SCP-173 character is small and in the background of the screenshot, the file name and description still make it clear that the copyrighted character is intended to be the main focus of screenshot. All other files containing appearances of SCP-173 have been deleted, see Commons:Deletion requests/File:SCP-SL Logo.jpg, Commons:Deletion requests/File:SCP-173 artwork.png, Commons:Deletion requests/File:SCP-173.jpg and Commons:Deletion requests/All pictures of SCP-173. Because of these reasons, I think that File:SCP CB First encounter of SCP-173.png is a copyright violation, and should be Deleted. I would also note that the deletions of File:SCP CB MTF meets D-9341 at Gate A.png, File:SCP CB Apache helicopters versus SCP-682 (1).png, File:SCP CB Apache helicopters versus SCP-682 (2).png and File:SCP CB The arrival of CIs.png were inappropiate, as these files did not contain copyrighted material, and the deleting admin should have anyway at least waited for the deletion discussion to close before making any decisions about them. 193.210.225.27 15:21, 16 March 2022 (UTC)
- I suggest cropping the picture containing SCP-173 to exclude 173 if possible, or alternatively Delete the image depicting 173, if another image suited for a similar purpose was uploaded (that doesn't depict SCP-173). OrnateAccount (talk) 14:11, 17 March 2022 (UTC)
- The screenshots are from games which are freely licensed. However the above user is correct that all depictions of this model of SCP-173 (that is, the design derived from the sculpture Untitled 2004, which is not freely licensed) are incompatible with Commons.
So my vote is Keep for non-173 images and Delete for ones featuring 173. The remaining items need to have their attribution information corrected because they are not "own work"s. aismallard (talk) 19:11, 16 March 2022 (UTC) - Keep for any screenshots without 173 (the sculpture thingy) Dronebogus (talk) 22:40, 18 March 2022 (UTC)
Kept: as per above, and the discussion on UDR linked above. --Yann (talk) 15:03, 2 May 2022 (UTC)
