- As a research or educational project, it may meet their guidelines. See w:Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/SLOOP_Project. I had discovered this when looking into Commons:Categories for discussion/2024/06/Category:SLOOP Project. In any case, I don't think this is spam and having these two files is well in scope. - Not entirely convinced this is not spam, [1] shows the author of the Wikipedia article and uploader of these two files is "the coordinator of the SLOOP Project" (atleast, assuming Pierfranco on Wikimedia and Pierfranco Ravotto on Slideshare are the same person) Nutshinou Talk! 16:34, 21 June 2024 (UTC)
- If he wasn't there would be a problem with the licensing. Most Wikipedia's don't prevent users with COI to edit articles. Enhancing999 (talk) 16:55, 21 June 2024 (UTC)
