Term of use (https://www.osmosis.org/terms) claims that some videos are available as BY-NC-SA. I think terms of use should be changed or permission via Commons:OTRS is needed.

- Thanks for pointing this out. I will investigate the reasoning behind the license listed in our terms of service. That said, all the videos indicate they are CC-BY-SA in the ending credits, which supersedes anything written in the terms of service of the platform.

- User:EugeneZelenko can you please give the crew at Osmosis a week or so to adjust this before deleting. Best Doc James (talk · contribs · email) 22:19, 29 December 2015 (UTC)

- User:EugeneZelenko to give you an update, we're currently working on new wording for our terms of service to be clearer around the issue you've brought up. I don't have an exact time frame yet when this will be done but it will hopefully be done within the next week. OsmoseIt (talk) 21:29, 1 January 2016 (UTC)
- User:EugeneZelenkoWe've now changed the terms of service to read the following: In an effort to promote the dissemination of open educational resources (OER), Osmosis.org has chosen to share much content under Creative Commons licenses using the banner "Open Osmosis." Most often this is the Creative Commons Attribution Share-Alike (CC-BY-SA) license, which you can read about here: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/legalcode. The specific license is specified, for example, at the end of a video segment or in the footer of a question. If you choose to share this content, you must follow Creative Commons Attribution requirements and embed the following text wherever you share it: "[Creative Commons License] © Osmosis (www.osmosis.org) [Creative Commons License goes here]." For example: "© Osmosis (www.osmosis.org) CC: BY-SA"OsmoseIt (talk) 06:06, 2 January 2016 (UTC)
