These are all works of Arne Bang (1901-1983). The sculptures will be under copyright until 1/1/2054. The images are derivative works and infringe on the copyright belonging to his heirs. There is no evidence of permission. There is no applicable FOP in Denmark.

These four images are sculptures by Jacob Bang, (not Jacob E. Bang (1899-1965), who was living in 1996. The images are derivative works and, therefore, infringe on the copyright belonging to Jacob Bang or his heirs. The OTRS license covers only the copyrights for the photographs, not the copyrights for the sculptures. The images cannot be kept on Commons without a free license from the sculptor.

I have sent Declarations of Consent, forwarded to me by Jacob Bang's heir, Simon Bang, and photographer Ole Haupt to permissions.commons@wikipedia.org. Perhaps you have not seen these? Or is there another problem? Yours, Naja Pedersen.

These four images are works by Christian Bang (1868 - 1950) . The images are derivative works and, therefore, infringe on the copyright belonging to his heirs. The OTRS license covers only the copyrights for the photographs, not the copyrights for the sculptures. (Note that actually these photographs of flat works have no copyright). The images cannot be kept on Commons without a free license from Christian Bang's heirs.

Declarations of Consent by Christian Bang's heir, Simon Bang, and photographer Ole Haupt were sent by me to permissions-commons@wikimedia.org. That is how I understood the "Requesting Copyright Permission" page. Have I misunderstood something? Best regards, Naja Pedersen.

These are all works of Simon Bang (1960 - ) The images are derivative works and infringe on the artist's copyright. There is no applicable FOP in Denmark. There is OTRS #2015122210021966, but it is from a third party at a g-mail address, so is not acceptable.

  •  Delete all per nom. Uploader can send appropriate permissions from the actual photographer(s) from email addresses and domains known to be used by that/those photographer(s) to OTRS and note here that they were sent.   — Jeff G. ツ 20:14, 10 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I have forwarded Declarations of Consent, sent to me by Simon Bang and photographer Ole Haupt, to permissions-commons@wikimedia.org. This seemed to me to be the procedure that was described on the "REquestion Copyright Permission" page. Did I misunderstand something? Best regards, Naja Pedersen.
