I fear you have to add also the following:

@Alachuckthebuck: Sorry again, but I think that you are in error, because Commons:Copyright_rules_by_territory/Italy#Freedom_of_panorama states:

For Wiki Loves Monuments participants, an agreement between the Ministry and Wikimedia has allowed in the past to publish certain photos of cultural heritage assets on Commons, provided that for the ministry-run monuments {{Italy-MiBAC-disclaimer}} is added to the respective file descriptions.

This is the case. I uploaded the file during the Contest. This is not performance art. The tower was enlightened in this way for the World Pneumonia Day. --Harlock81 (talk) 22:20, 30 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
