Unfortunately not for murals. -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 21:02, 18 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I thought an expectation is usually made for graffiti... https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Deletion_requests/File:Greenwich_Village_Street_Art.jpg Lost of murals in category "Bushwick, Brooklyn" Florent Abel (talk) 21:59, 18 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I don't know if that's true in the U.S., but someone else will. Thanks for the link. -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 22:02, 18 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
File:Ecole Edouard Herriot, Vigneux-sur-Seine.jpg / File:Ecole Saunia Delaunay, Vigneux-sur-Seine, France.jpg / File:Groupe scolaire Frédéric Joliot Curie, Vigneux-sur-Seine, France.jpg are schools built during a national program with the same appearance all over the country. Doubt whether the depicted building is above threshold of originality #France. Ordinary buildings. File:Groupe scolaire Alain Bashung, tour 27 avant réhabilitation, Vigneux-sur-Seine.jpg" are a school with a rebuilt part and a tower will be rebuilt. (National measures for suburbs.) File:Dojo, espace sportif Maurice Baquet, Essonne, France.jpg / File:Salle de danse, espace sportif Maurice Baquet, Essonne, France.jpg Interiors ? Where is the originality / copyvio ? Florent Abel (talk) 20:48, 18 July 2023 (UTC)...[reply]
You are asking delation of images with architect's authorization, OTRS ticket, of 19th century or ordinary buildings / interiors (threshold of originality #France), in country with FOP... More caution please. My images of french new original buildings whithout architect's authorization, ORTS ticket, are uploaded on Wikipedia (https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spécial:Contributions/Florent_Abel).  Keep for some simple buildings and monuments. Delete the rest. May be the graffiti can be kept with {{Graffiti}}. Yann (talk) 20:28, 19 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
As is often the case, I disagree with Yann -- even simple buildings have a copyright. I'll leave that to the closing Admin. However the first two items -- in New York -- are not all graffiti, although there is a lot of it in the images. Note the mural on top of the building to the right in the first one and that the second one is commissioned art -- note the black sign on the right showing that this is the work of Subway Doodle .     Jim . . . I think that the absence of FoP in France is compensated by how copyright is interpreted for public buildings. It is very unlikely that a court in France would give a copyright to the architect for such public and simple buildings. Yann (talk) 17:48, 20 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Do you know what is an ORTS ticket ? It is architects who have written mails certified by a WC « bureaucrat » to me and Wikimedia Commons to authorize this images… You can’t delate this images… The link to read it is in the description… (File: STAPS (Tarbes).JPG See the description...Architect's authorization : ticket ORTS 2008100510024557,
File: Narbonnemediatheque.jpg See the description... Architect's authorization : ticket ORTS 2008061710030884,
File:Maison des Arts Martiaux (Tarbes, 65).JPG See the description... Architect's authorization : ticket ORTS 2008061710030893.) Florent Abel (talk) 04:35, 20 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Indeed, probably at least one non-admin VRT agent (perhaps fr-N) should also join this discussion, otherwise there would have more and more useless guesses on what such tickets made effort for permissions. Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 09:43, 12 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
File:Monument aux morts des Hautes-Pyrénées (Tarbes, 1919).jpg is a memorial of the war of 1870 (and WWI, see category…) as lost of uploaded in Wikimedia Commons… The artist (Firmin Michelet) is death more than 70 years ago… As the factory, they are very old monuments… Do you know your history ? Florent Abel (talk) 04:53, 20 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
1) Florent Abel did not bother to tell us that all of the OTRS tickets have been dismissed as invalid, see Commons:Volunteer_Response_Team/Noticeboard#c-TheAafi-20230720123500-Florent_Abel-20230720083800
2) File:Monument aux morts des Hautes-Pyrénées (Tarbes, 1919).jpg has a clear plaque on the monument that it is a monument to the Algerian War, which was post WWII.

1 ) I just read their answer. A old error by User:Bapti on ORTS system so… I will transfer this images to Wikipedia. More easy than another demand to architects…
2) As under napoleonian Arc de Triomphe… The monument was built for two wars (1870, WWI) and war after war, plaques are added… All informations are in description and Wikipedia… ( https://fr.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monument_aux_morts_des_Hautes-Pyrénées_(Tarbes) )… As the factory (https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arsenal_de_Tarbes), old monument / school could have another life in France as elsewhere, addition...Florent Abel(talk) 15:37, 20 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Keep * File:Monument aux morts des Hautes-Pyrénées (Tarbes, 1919).jpg: the monument is in the public domain, even if a plaque was added later. Yann (talk) 17:48, 20 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Yann If {{PD-France}} then I'd love to seek that why this could also be PD in USA, otherwise COM:URAA may still take efforts for holding legally keep. Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 09:47, 12 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Liuxinyu970226: We don't take care of URAA for statues and architecture. Yann (talk) 09:54, 12 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Anyway, I would really doubt File:Ecole Edouard Herriot, Vigneux-sur-Seine.jpg could be "Very simple building" due to Windows, as Taivo explained elsewhere, they are fairly complexly designed, with several different-to-copy color designs, vector designs and shadow designs. Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 01:21, 15 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Liuxinyu970226: The painting is certainly not part of the original construction, and was added recently. Yann (talk) 09:13, 16 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Keep File:Monument aux morts des Hautes-Pyrénées (Tarbes, 1919).jpg, the plaques are incidental, the monument and the area around it are the focus.  Delete the rest. Abzeronow (talk) 16:59, 21 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
