Hmm. Of the ones I could find on the internet, all seem to come from http://miyzone.blogspot.com , done by a Tluanga Colney, which seems likely to be the same person as the uploader. There are a couple different Coolpix models involved for the images which do have EXIF, though the second model is for a photo three years after the ones with the earlier model, which also seems pretty consistent. I'd have to guess these are indeed by the same person and not just collected from the internet. For images which already do exist out there though, we do usually prefer to have some external indication that the uploader is the copyright holder -- accounts here are anonymous, so it's hard to tell the difference between a legitimate owner and someone who creates an account just to take someone else's images, falsely claim ownership, and upload them. The usage terms at miyzone.blogspot.com indicate non-commercial use. The usual procedure is to send a private email per the instructions at COM:OTRS, ideally with an email address which could be tied to miyzone.blogspot.com. The email could give explicit permission for specific images, or it could just generally confirm your Coolcolney account here is the same person, and any actions done by that account in regard to miyzone.blogspot.com images are legitimate. Alternatively, you could post a comment on an article there, confirming the license for the images taken from there, or also confirming the Wikipedia account name. Just adding a comment to one of the images that it is indeed licensed CC-BY-SA on the blog may be enough confirmation. Carl Lindberg (talk) 15:59, 16 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I have explained to EugeneZelenko and I think its very arrogant on the part of Fastily to just delete the photos that have been uploaded by me. The usage terms in my blog miyzone.blogspot.com have been changed as suggested by Carl Lindberg. I have put "Please note: photos uploaded in http://commons.wikimedia.org by coolcolney are from the same account as myself tluanga colney. " in my blog link - http://miyzone.blogspot.in/p/terms-of-use.html I request Fastily to please undo the delete. Also please note that I am a major contributor for the small state of Mizoram and it's of great use to people of my state.
