Looks like using Commons for hosting and/or promotion. Descriptions are adverts, most with commercial links. Images can be found in several context, may be bought to the same same photo library shop. The author is partially wrong (it the composer of the final banner but photo credits are not reported). Globaly, they're useless for the projets. See lists below.
First, is File:Suma Soft.jpg a retainable textlogo? What about File:Software Testing & Quality Assurance Services.jpg?
