The monument was erected circa 1920. Who is the sculptor and when did (s)he die? I'm afraid, that the photos violate sculptor's copyright, because there is no freedom of panorama in Belgium. See also Commons:Deletion requests/File:Dampremy - monument aux morts 1914-1918 - avril 2015 - 2.jpg. Taivo (talk) 07:23, 19 April 2016 (UTC)
- Jmh2o said here, that the sculpture was erected in 1920 and the sculptor was E. L. Nokerman, but it is difficult to find anything about him. Taivo (talk) 20:41, 20 April 2016 (UTC)
- Comment @Taivo: not exactly, the only thing for sure is that « E. L. Nokerman » is written on the monument and on several graves around. We don't know if it's the sculptor, it's more probably only the stone mason.
- Except for close-up photo, maybe COM:DM ? and maybe COM:TOO too (except for the sculpture on top).

- The sculpture seems to me main object of every photo, so it is not de minimis. The sculpture clearly surpasses threshold of originality. Taivo (talk) 09:28, 22 April 2016 (UTC)
- Comment If we apply the same argument as for Commons:Deletion requests/File:ANA Boeing 747-400 yellow 060318 haneda.jpg, the sculpture is de minimis for the pictures of the whole monument. Regards, Yann (talk) 11:36, 22 April 2016 (UTC)
