Sorry, but this building of Kohn Pederson Fox (living person) is too recent and Italy has no FOP exemption.

would like to notice that the photo File:Torre diamante settembre 01.jpg has been made on september 2011, while the skyscraper has been build, as written above, on 2012, this a photo of its working on progress at its building site, nothing to do with FOP which do not refer to cranes and so on ... --Bramfab (talk) 01:44, 26 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Even buildings while in progress, are copyrighted, and therefore falls under the same copyright protection laws as finished buildings. Josve05a (talk) 09:51, 26 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
This is ridicolous, can you indicates me the italian law who indictes that a construction site is comparable to a completed building? Which is the law talking about "while in progress" or italian court sentences stating that "while in progress" is equivalent to complete? Are you an expert of italian law? --Bramfab (talk) 23:30, 26 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: No FOP in Italy. The general form of the skyscraper is already visible and therefor (c). --Hedwig in Washington (mail?) 07:31, 28 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: Can be seen as under ToO in Italy. Thss building is not considred of particular artistic/creative interest by the MiBAC (the Ministry). See the list of individual decrees. Ruthven (msg) 08:49, 10 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
