Everything shown in these images from The Great Movie Ride is copyrighted as sculpture. The stage sets, including the automobile, are not utilitarian because they are not "real", but staged creations. All of the "people" in the images are Animatronic sculptures which are copyrighted.

Comment File such as File:"Mugsy" entering the scene on Great Movie Ride (27671647990).jpg should be OK: This is an actor, not a sculpture. Is the car a real one? Regards, Yann (talk) 16:34, 2 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Yann, although I can't say for certain, almost all of the "people" in this ride are Animatronic sculptures, not actors. There is clearly a substantial doubt about all of them. I also doubt that the car is real -- it would be much cheaper to create a non-operating dummy than to buy a real one in such good condition. .     Jim . . . I agree with you generally, but this is not sculpture, but a real actor. He has a microphone. I have a doubt about the car, that's why I ask, but if we can't differentiate a real car from a dummy in a picture, the issue of copyright is moot. There can't be a copyright on a picture of an object so similar to the original one. Regards, Yann (talk) 17:51, 3 December 2017 (UTC) Yann (talk) 17:48, 3 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: most per nomination, kept one per Yann. The microphone is indeed convincing that this is an actor rather than a sculpture. --Jcb (talk) 17:31, 9 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
