COM:FOP Colombia does not apply to works of art displayed indoors. These sculptures are still copyrighted-protected.

The Adam and Eve sculpture (first file) is not located in Colombia but in Singapore, where FOP does exist: ‘Freedom of panorama is granted to several types of artistic works in public spaces by Section 265 of the Copyright Act 2021 (Act 22 of 2021). Subsection 1 of the section enumerates works eligible for the Singaporean freedom of panorama: buildings or models of buildings; sculptures situated "other than temporarily" in public spaces or "premises open to the public"’. — Cheers, JackLee talk 01:31, 4 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Jacklee Thanks for pointing that out. I’ll strike the file from this request and remove the DR template. Adeletron 3030 (talk) 12:53, 4 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Adeletron 3030: great! Thanks. — Cheers, JackLee talk 12:42, 5 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
The second one is located in Spain.--Ymblanter (talk) 20:07, 8 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
 Keep first file,  Delete the rest. Spanish FoP and Colombian FoP do not cover uses of artistic works found in public indoors. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 07:24, 5 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
