Commons:Derivative works from commercial packaging. Photos of product without packaging are available.

Only a small fraction of the commercial package is seen in the background of File:Ryazhenka16c.JPG. On sees basically only the Russian word "Ряженка" ("Ryazhenka") which is below the threshold of originality and is not copyrighted. Therefore:
  •  Keep File:Ryazhenka16c.JPG
  •  Delete File:Glass of rjażenka next to an opened retail rjażenka cup.jpg.

  •  Keep File:Ryazhenka16c.JPG The commercial logo is almost invisible
  •  Delete File:Glass of rjażenka next to an opened retail rjażenka cup.jpg. Lots of commercial logo here

  •  Keep File:Glass of rjażenka next to an opened retail rjażenka cup.jpg Please notice that none of the icons nor texts are in fact logos, trademarks or copyrighted material. The only thing that might point to the manufacturer is the word "Natura". However, the clue is too vague to viably lead an user to the manufacturer. Manufacturer is "OSM Prudnik". • I think  Keep File:Glass of rjażenka next to an opened retail rjażenka cup.jpg. There's nothing on the packaging that'd indicate who the manufacturer is. The only reason I know it's OSM Prudnik is because I've seen the product before. All that is on the packaging is a cow, the name of the product in Polish and (I assume) Ukrainian, the word "Nature" - as in "naturally made" and a flag of Ukraine with the text "product of Ukrainian cuisine". None of those things can tell someone who manufactured it. Besides, OSM Prudnik doesn't produce ryazhenkas anymore and it will likely be out of business soon (see: [2] [3] if you know Polish and care). --ElCet (talk) 16:38, 24 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: Deleted photo with large portion of packaging visible (derivative work); kept photo with smaller amount visible (de minimis). --Pi.1415926535 (talk) 20:34, 12 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
