Files of Flugwerft Schleißheim by Julian Herzog
[edit]Photography for purposes of publication is apparently forbidden in this location. I would therefore like to have those deleted, and will then try to get permission for publication.

- Keep For most images, there is nothing which can get a copyright. Only File:Normalsegelapparat Otto Lilienthal Deutsches Museum Flugwerft Schleissheim 2014.jpg and File:Wolfmueller Gleitflugapparat Deutsches Museum Flugwerft Schleissheim 2014.jpg could be considered as sculptures, and have a copyright. - This isn't about copyright. It's just that I'm breaking the rules set by the museum. I don't want to get in trouble for breach of contract, so I want them removed until I have clarified the matter with the museum. I know Commons isn't obligated to remove those. But I think there's some policy or quasi-policy that images are still removed if the photographer asks for it. — Julian H.✈ (talk/files) 10:44, 20 December 2014 (UTC)
- Within some days, later it gets awkward for all involved parties if the pictures are "in use" (not only the shown WikiMedia uses). Just an explanation, why this is not as simple as you might hope. I'm rather quick with {{Vk}} if I see "in use" (not checked here.) –Be..anyone (talk) 00:08, 21 December 2014 (UTC)

- Delete This isn't about copyright but a matter of property. According to german law it's quite clearly an offense to publish photos of a thing if its owner has forbidden to take the photo. This is a result of the so called "SPSG"-Decision of the German supreme court. See also here. --Code (talk) 09:46, 21 December 2014 (UTC)
