Discussion

• First, there is an OTRS permission for the files from the Indian Navy (at indiannavy.nic.in), and your discussion and copyright noticed you linked belongs to the Indian Army. This require a wider discussion before niminating for deletion a huge ammount of files supossed to be free licensed (as per the OTRS permission from the Indian Navy).

•  Keep It's not clear to me why a discussion about the Indian Army website is applicable to images tagged with {{Indian navy}} if we have OTRS confirmed permission from the Indian Navy to use these images under the terms of the CC-BY-2.5 license. Is there any reason to believe that OTRS ticket #2013090610005872 is invalid?
