Delete Per wrong licensing. Kumkum (talk) 23:26, 21 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Keep The official website of VOA Turkish declares that all text, photographs, graphics, sounds and videos are public domain (kamu malı) except all text, photographs, graphics, sounds and videos of the Associated Press. So photographs taken by writers of VOA Turkish e.g. Yıldız Yazıcıoğlu are public domain and can be used for commercial purpose. Takabeg (talk) 07:57, 5 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Takabeg This version did not change after the licensing modification of June 2013, then seems to be outdated. Kumkum (talk) 09:09, 9 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Delete According to the Commons template for VOA material, the parent company's web site makes clear that whatever the regional language websites may say to the contrary, its own policy supersedes them— and its policy is that all images after 2013 are non-commercial use only, making these unhostable on Commons.  Keep According to 1 September 2015 declare kamu malı means public domain. Regards, Sakhalinio (talk) 18:13, 13 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Delete constitute grounds for copyright infringement improper license BurakOtto (talk) 22:33, 13 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Delete per nom and over-riding global template. BTW, the time for ending this discussion had expired quite some time ago, and nothing new is being added to this discussion (which is not a vote). Unfitlouie (talk) 15:44, 20 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: per nomination - questions have remained unanswered, even an email message from Jim directly to somebody from VOA (see ticket:2016030510006404) has remained unanswered for over 30 days now. --Jcb (talk) 18:46, 8 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
