Costume designs and charcter are owned by Disney, No FoP in France (but not sure if that lack of FoP extends to costumse designs.)

Yes, although some people argue they are body armour, they are effectively costumes. In some locations (not France) FoP could apply though Sfan00 IMG (talk) 18:58, 22 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
