The White House website as it really well explained: "Pursuant to federal law, government-produced materials appearing on this site are not copyright protected.". This is a well established fact, that almost all federal works cannot be copyrighted. this included. Tm (talk) 16:25, 25 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
