These are claimed to be the logo of the infamous Nazi / SS "Lebensborn" organisation. The source for the SVG, File:Lebensborn.svg, is the photo of a pin, File:Lebensborn ss.jpg, uploaded by a user in 2010 with no historical explanation, context, provenance of the item etc. whatsoever. It is the only upload of this user.

What is curious about the item is that is was obviously made by someone unfamiliar with the rules of typography for the Fraktur script used. Specifically, a long s () is used at a place where only a regular s () is correct. This made me suspect the pin is a fake and some kind of Nazi fan item. I searched for a while, and in all of the contemporary images, items and articles about Lebensborn I found, I did not see this particular logo anywhere. I did find a thread about a very similar pin in some military forum here, where the conclusion is that the pin is a fantasy piece.

So my conclusion is that without any further information, we must assume this is a fake / fantasy piece. IMHO, Wikimedia Commons shouldn't spread fake Nazi emblems. The photo of the pin might be in project scope if we knew precisely what it is. Since we don't, it should be deleted.
