- All four pictures were released under a free license by Legoland Billund Resort themselve. The originals has been removed but this archived source for File:Halloween i Legoland 2016 06.jpg may serve as an example. The license is Creative Commons navngivelse (Creative Commons Naming) which allow other to use, copy, distribute and change the picture as long as they credits the source. --Dannebrog Spy (talk) 12:07, 29 October 2022 (UTC)
- I have also seen these images and tried to be careful not to propose them for deletion. Even if the licensing is not clear, I think it makes sense to look at these images in a different context. Lukas Beck (talk) 16:48, 29 October 2022 (UTC)
- Keep. Ride vehicles are engineered, functional objects like a car (see this article). Any graphical elements are deminimis. IronGargoyle (talk) 20:29, 3 November 2022 (UTC)
- The roller coaster is artistically designed and protected by copyright. Lukas Beck (talk) 04:15, 4 November 2022 (UTC)
- That is not how copyrights on vehicles work, per Commons:VEHICLE. Yes, sometimes they can have a creative paint job which is copyrightable, but the elements here are deminimis. The photographer's intent here is to illustrate the ride, not the logos on the ride. They are only small logos (mostly text) on the vehicle body. It's like saying a photograph of a Mercedes is not allowed because of the hood ornament. That's ridiculous. IronGargoyle (talk) 14:04, 4 November 2022 (UTC)

Kept: per Irongargoyle, graphic elements can be considered de minimis, and because photos have been licensed ccbysa by the copyright holder of the photos. --Ellywa (talk) 22:33, 5 March 2023 (UTC)
