No evidence that the uploader is the copyright owner of the image on the packages.
(Meaning: DW of copyrighted image.)
If the images on the package is PD for any reason (like age), that should be specified by using {{Licensed-PD}}.

Regarding: File:Krówki Milanówek.jpg the evidence - a formal agreement of copyright owner (Of both - picture and cover of the sweets) has been sent to OTRS and the ticket number of agreement is given in the file description. Regarding File:Krowki002.jpg - the "naked" piece of sweet is not a copyrghtable work by itself - and the picture was simply taken by uploader, who I guess bought this piece of sweet and took picture himself, so he is the only copyright owner of the picture :-).
