Not used in any main space article. One used in Wikipedia space. User globally locked, out of scope.

  •  Keep, these files are within scope and because a user is globally banned "globally locked" doesn't mean that their files all of the sudden become irrelevant for Wikimedia Commons, this would be justification to delete all uploads by Russavia and other mass uploaders locked out of their accounts. Also these images contain some high profile human rights activists and some used images are extracted from them. Kept: no valid reason for deletion. 4 out of 5 images have been kept in previous DR's but no new deletion reasons given now. Deleted one since there are numerous alternatives available in Category:Yu Jie. P 1 9 9  ✉ 17:23, 8 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
