I believe these logos may be above COM:TOO. They have more complex gradients, fonts, and lighting as opposed to the other Fox Sports logos (such as File:2015 Fox sports logo.svg and File:Logo fox sports 2012.png which I do believe are PD). I think at best they're borderline and we should err on the side of caution and use them as fair use on local projects.

 Keep No, I don't think that they are above TOO in the United States, Canada, Japan and some other countries. These logos are all below TOO and cannot be copyrightable in the United States, Canada, Japan and some other countries. These logos are from the United States, Canada and some countries and are not from the Netherlands or some other countries. All of these logos were originally designed and published in the United States, and they fail to comply with that country's threshold of originality.
