Files in Category:Files by Eduardo Robaina
[edit]I can't see any evidence that these are freely licensed. They are published on lamarea.com, with no indication of a free license there, and the files have been uploaded by someone other than the photographer, with no Commons:Volunteer Response Team ticket.

- The license is at the bottom of the web page. lamarea.com always publish with compatible license, see here. MiguelAlanCS (talk) 06:53, 23 September 2021 (UTC)
- Just a remark: The «La Marea» license says when a picture has a different licensing than the publication default (Creative Commons By-SA 3.0.) this is noted at the picture foot. In this case there is not different licensing so default (CC-BY-SA) applies and the request would not have base. —Ismael Olea (talk) 07:43, 23 September 2021 (UTC)
- @MiguelAlanCS and Olea: Ah, thanks! I didn't see that link as it was hidden by the 'allow cookies?' banner. This is all fine, then, I withdraw the nomination. Thanks. Mike Peel (talk) 17:08, 23 September 2021 (UTC)

Kept: La Marea license page at https://www.lamarea.com/terminos-legales/ shows that they are CC-BY-SA-3.0. --Mike Peel (talk) 17:09, 23 September 2021 (UTC)
