While it's great that the artist has elected to make his work freely available, most of these works appear to be based on photographs rather than live sittings (the picture of King Bhumibol with the camera, for example, is very well known and widely circulated). As such they have to be presumed to be derivative works of copyrighted works, and cannot be hosted on Commons. If any of these can be pointed out to be entirely original, I'd be glad to withdraw them from the nomination.

As the uploader of File:ศาสตราจารย์เกียรติคุณ นายแพทย์ ประเวศ วะสี.jpg, and many other files from this exact artist that I’ve just uploaded (and have not yet been nominated for deletion, as of now), I totally agree on your point. The picture File:ศาสตราจารย์เกียรติคุณ นายแพทย์ ประเวศ วะสี.jpg, for example, was clearly drawn from 1 or 2. So, yes, no accusation. I deeply apologise for my mistake. Thank you for keeping Wikimedia Commons clean! —Chainwit. (talk) 17:23, 6 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
