The building was completed in 1923 by Dimitrie Maimarolu (1859–1926), Victor Ștefănescu (1877–1950), and Ernest Doneaud (1879–1959). There is no freedom of panorama in Romania. The copyright term of the country is 70 years, and the image can be undeleted in 2030.
